Annual billing saves $500 a month on Growth ($6,000 a year), $1,000 a month on Elite ($12,000 a year) and $2,000 a month on Enterprise ($24,000 a year). It makes sense once you're confident the plan suits you; month-to-month is there so you don't have to be confident on day one.
What drives the cost of trades marketing
Three things decide which plan fits, and none of them is the size of your logo.
- How many channels you need at once. A single-trade business in a small town might need a strong Google profile, reviews and a solid website. A multi-trade company in a big city may need paid search, local SEO, video and more, running together.
- How competitive your market is. Ranking for "roofer" in a large metro takes more pages, more reviews and more ongoing work than in a regional centre.
- How many services and areas you cover. A company offering plumbing, drain and water-treatment work across five municipalities needs far more pages and campaigns than one offering a single service in one town.
Separate from any plan, your ad budget (what you pay Google or Meta directly) depends on your market and goals. Our budget guide shows how to set it from your own job values.
A quick way to judge whether a plan pays
Before choosing, work out how many extra jobs a plan has to produce to cover itself.
Say you choose Growth at $1,999 per month. If your average job leaves $900 in gross profit after materials and labour, you need a little over two extra jobs a month to cover the fee ($1,999 ÷ $900 ≈ 2.2). If you also spend $1,500 a month on ads, the total is $3,499, which needs about four extra jobs ($3,499 ÷ $900 ≈ 3.9).
For a roofer whose average replacement leaves $4,000 in gross profit, one extra job covers the same total several times over. For a handyman-style service with $150 gross profit per visit, the same $3,499 needs about 23 extra visits a month, which may not be realistic. That's not a reason to avoid marketing, but it might be a reason to start with fewer channels, or to change which jobs you market.
How to choose
- Growth fits an established trades business with one main trade and a defined service area, which needs its core digital marketing done properly before adding more.
- Elite fits a business ready to run several channels at once, or one that also needs a new website, since it includes 50% off website design packages.
- Enterprise fits multi-location or multi-trade companies that want a dedicated team, priority support and a new website included.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec). For example, the Growth plan at $1,999 per month comes to $2,098.95 with 5% GST, as in BC or Alberta.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is a free 30-minute initial consultation for eligible trades businesses, separate from the paid plans. You'll get honest advice whether or not you sign up.
What about ad spend?
Money paid to Google, Meta or other platforms for ads should always be shown to you separately from any management fee, whoever you hire. We set out both in writing before work starts, and ad accounts stay in your business's name.
Do you build websites as well?
Yes. The Elite plan includes 50% off Trades.Agency website design packages, and the Enterprise plan includes a free website design and build in any package.
